The hotel manages to maintain a classy and upscale vibe even thought the overcrowded New York Café is right next to the lobby. The service was good enough for a 5-star hotel but doesn’t hold up to the attentive and service-minded staffing of luxury hotel chains like Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons.
