Mosella, located within Singapore’s latest 5-star hotel, Pan Pacific Orchard, is a modern Mediterranean restaurant that offers an extensive menu of classics such as scallop ceviche, salmon tataki, lobster spaghetti and Wagyu striploin.
The restaurant impresses with its beautiful modern interior which fits well to the rest of the hotel. The restaurant is also the place where breakfast is served every morning and although the evening wasn’t as packed, the vibe was still vibrant and lively.
The lobster spaghetti and wagyu were great but our favorites were the cold dishes, which were the red tuna ceviche and hamachi tiradito. Prices were somewhat on the higher range but not uncommon for Singapore, especially in a 5-star hotel.
